Alaska sport fishing report for Kingfisher Lodge, Craig, Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. August 10th we left the lodge with light winds and moderate seas with high temperature of 75 for the day. We stopped short from our destination and landed half a dozen or so Silver salmon then off to the outer coast and fishing a popular salmon spot where many charter boats fish and landed most of our 36 Coho’s and then as the bite died off we went after our halibut which we landed in just under two hours as well as some ling cod. Then we needed 15 more Silver salmon and so went searching and after 3 stops found a wide open Coho bite and landed the remainder of our fish in short order then headed for the beer garden and fire pit at the lodge!
